archipeleco has gone from strength to strength and has completed a number of interesting projects together with the creation of the National Green Register of Construction Professionals. Please refer to 'Our Work' section for further information on projects to date.

Paul McWilliams joined archipeleco in 2005 after 9 years at HTA Architects, one of the country’s top housing practices.

At HTA Paul gained in-depth knowledge of housing design and was responsible for many interesting housing regeneration projects. As senior architect and design leader, Paul managed a team of architects to deliver both new-build and refurbishment housing schemes. Paul led the design team that successfully transformed 6 troubled housing estates in London into places where residents are now proud to call home. He carried out numerous community consultations and managed several projects during the construction stage.

Prior to his time at HTA, Paul has worked in the UK and USA on a great variety of projects since 1985. Paul gained invaluable experience in masterplanning while working at the internationally respected firm of Carr Lynch in Boston, USA. Since joining archipeleco, Paul has continued to focus on integrating practical sustainable design into projects in a way that serves both the user and the environment. Paul believes that good design enhances life, respects the environment and is at the heart of every successful project.
